Conducting Effective Performance Reviews
A well-developed performance review is one key to motivating employee performance and providing important feedback. While some supervisors may view this as an uncomfortable or annoying task, failing to do the performance review often leaves employees feeling unnoticed and unmotivated.
During this training you will learn the critical steps in conducting effective performance reviews. Learn how to avoid common rater errors and legal pitfalls, as well as how to compile an accurate document that reflects the year's performance. Finally, you will receive tips on one of the most important steps, the performance meeting.
