Painless Performance Improvement
Real change only happens when the decision to change comes from the person doing the changing. This training provides supervisors and managers with a simple and proven technique to help employees improve their own performance without the drama, conflict or pain often associated with performance issues. Supervisors will learn common reasons for poor performance as well as six steps to painless performance management. What if performance doesn’t change? The training also addresses implementing fair and legal disciplinary steps.
