Wort is the liquid extracted from the mashing process during the brewing of beer. Wort contains the sugars that will be fermented by the brewing. Join Keegan, our in house beer specialist for a day of beer brewing fun! Participants will work together to create a large batch of wort from scratch. While the wort is brewing, you will have the opportunity to taste a variety of similar craft beers to compare and contrast flavors. Once the wort is complete, all participants will bottle it up and take a gallon home to ferment!
