Sponsored by the Diocese of Dallas and the Diocese of Fort Worth, the seventh annual University of Dallas Ministry Conference is set for October 25-26, 2013, with an additional session for School Board/Advisory Council Members on Thursday, October 24, 2013. The conference will be held at the Irving Convention Center, in Irving, Texas.

2013 UDMC ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

ALTHOUGH NO GROUP RATE IS AVAILABLE THIS YEAR, THIS FORM CAN BE USED TO REGISTER BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS! To register more than one person, simply select "Add a Participant" on the Order Summary page before completing the order. This process will allow you to add as many attendees to the same order (and same payment) as necessary. See the downloadable instruction sheet, available below, for more details. 

PLEASE REGISTER THE GROUP CONTACT PERSON FIRST SO HIS/HER NAME & EMAIL ADDRESS IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ENTIRE ORDER.

Throughout this form, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you provide a personal email address for each attendee you register. This will allow us to communicate with each attendee directly, so the group contact will not be responsible for passing on UDMC announcements in the coming months.

Our Refund Policy:

EXHIBITORS: Cancellations must be in writing and received before September 1, 2013. Canceled booths will be refunded (less $25 service charge) after the conference. No refunds are available after September 1, 2013.


GENERAL ATTENDEES: Refunds must be requested in writing and received by October 11, 2013. There are NO REFUNDS after that date. Refunds will be made, less a $15 per person processing fee.
