A Heart For Jake...

If you had the chance to visit Jake in the hospital, you’d never know he needs a new heart. Full of vitality and good humor, this 19 month old has a smile that makes all the nurses giggle. But the truth is, he isn’t well at all. 

Recently diagnosed with end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy, Jake will have to stay in the Hospital until the transplant occurs. He misses his twin sisters, family, and friends. His parents are doing everything they can, and while they’d never say so, they need your help, as Jake waits for a heart…
