Welcome to our new Glen registration system, powered by Acteva.
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING.
1) Please fill out a separate order for each attendee.
2) A 15% nonrefundable deposit is required to register. Just choose "deposit" when you get to the payment screen. The default is a full payment, so make sure you double check that you have chosen the "deposit" option if you don't want to pay the full amount!
3) Your balance will be due on April 1, 2013, but you may make payments anytime through this system using your Acteva order number.
4) You should receive three emails upon completing your order:
- Order Details/Confirmation (your receipt)
- Welcome Note from the Glen Staff
- "Your Acteva Order" email, with information to help you log in to the Acteva system and pay balance, switch classes, or cancel.
5) Registration fees include seven nights' accommodation, tuition, and three meals per day.**
6) Refunds: A full refund, less the 15% deposit, will be given only on cancellations made before April 1. Between April 1 and June 1, a 50% refund will be paid upon cancellation. No refunds are available after June 1.
7) Waitlists: If the class you want is full, choose "Pay Offline" to complete your order without paying a deposit. If you have questions, call 206.281.2988.
8) Space in all classes is limited, and some classes fill up early, so don't wait to register!
*Couples should register for dorm doubles or inn rooms.
