Our Refund Policy:

Generally, cancellations after registration deadline are non-refundable.


For Biomedical Consortium events cancellations two (2) working days before the event will receive a full refund. Other refunds will be on a case-by-case basis.


Summit Exhibitors: Refunds will be issued with written notice up to 30 days prior to Summit.


Program Attendees may cancel without penalty before the registration deadline. 


CERTIFICATION EXAM PREP GUARANTEE: If you attend the certification refresher class and don’t pass the exam, you can re-take the class free of charge.
