Welcome to the 2012 Healthcare Supply Chain Summit registration.

The Healthcare Supply Chain Summit by GHX is the largest healthcare event that brings together both the buy and sell sides of the healthcare supply chain to learn, discuss and collaborate on improving the business of healthcare.

As a reminder, your registration fee includes meals, materials & group ground transportation while at the event. Fees are as follows:

  • $595/person for "early" registrations before 2/17/12
  • $695/person for registrations on or after 2/18/12

Below in the "Registration Option" box, you're required to select your attendee type. Here is a guideline for making that selection:

You are a healthcare…

...PROVIDER if your organization buys healthcare products. Provider organizations include: hospitals, clinics, physician offices, IDNs, and med-surge distributors when functioning as a buyer of healthcare products.

...SUPPLIER/DISTRIBUTOR if your organization sells healthcare products. Supplier organizations include: med-surge manufacturers and med-surg distributors.

Our Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted to GHX in writing on or before the dates provided below. Registration fees are refundable as follows:


100% refund on or before February 24, 2012


50% refund on or before March 23, 2012


No refund beginning April 6, 2012


If you are unable to attend the Summit and wish to send a substitute, please provide substitute information to GHX by May 20, 2012. Cancellation or substitution requests should be sent to Crystal Anderson at canderson@ghx.com.
