I understand that the images and recordings may be published on the Internet, or used in other marketing material promoting the W3Conf conference or W3C. Names and other private information such as addresses, phone numbers, email, or employers will NOT be published without explicit permission, and will not be disclosed to any sponsor except for the purpose of event registration or logistics. Liability Release: Participants shall remain liable and hold W3C and its sponsors harmless for any liability arising from their participation in the W3Conf Conference on 21-22 February 2013, except injury or damages that may occur because of the sole negligence, or willful and wanton misconduct of the conference staff.
